Booking request

Fill in the form below to book your studio for the academic year starting in September 2026.
In case of approval, you shall immediately receive a lease contract for signature.

This account will be used for the refund of the security deposit after the end of the lease.

Name of the parent or legal guardian who shall guarantee your obligations under the lease agreement.

Please upload a copy of your ID card or passport.

Please upload a proof of enrolment as a student in Belgium (or a declaration of honour that such proof shall be provided prior to the start of the lease).

I acknowledge that without delivery of such proof, I shall not be granted access to the studio nor the student residence.

Submit

If your booking request is complete and accepted by StudiX, you shall receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail within 48 hours. This confirmation will contain a weblink to electronically sign the lease agreement.

Reservations are subject to payment.

The reservation will only become effective after signature of the lease agreement and provided we receive a deposit equal to the rental payment for the first month and the rental guarantee of 2 months rent within 5 days of booking.
